Ok, so originally we thought he might be the next bill gates, then we had hopes of him being the next michael phelps, but now we're thinking maybe he'll be the next dale earnhardt Jr...

Hoppy Easter!!!!!!!!

Easter ended up being a fun and full day in our household. My parents, granddad, and siblings & rece came down to our house for an amazing easter brunch cooked by my lovely wife, followed by an absolutely perfect day at the park. After the park we headed over to jackie and megan's for an awesome easter dinner (and dessert) and some QT with brooke and chris. Brayden wasn't quite ready to join the party right when we got there, so he and I took a little nap in the car in the driveway to prep ourselves for the festivities.

Not my best self portrait, but at least the camera didn't drop off the stroller and break...


While rece was busy enjoying all that the park had to offer.....


Brayden was busy catching up on some zzzzzzzz's, maybe next year he'll be tall enough to ride the rides....

Brayden woke up just in time to take a few pics before we were off to jackie and megan's....


It really is virtually impossible to get a picture where two kids will sit long enough to both smile for the camera at the same time, this is the closest we got, out of 19 tries...


Unfortunately rece got distracted by a dog and he was off to the reces ("Excuse me sir, would you mind.....", inside joke but note the pointing finger)...

Mommy and Brayden's Day at the Park

Two saturday's ago, stephanie decided it was now or never to get in that much awaited fashion shoot at the park in brayden's super-cute, matching hat and sweater (there are mittens to go along with the hat and sweater, but they were left at home. Also to be noted, the mittens are attached by yarn, also super-cute). Stephanie took exactly one picture for every dalmation, and I'll have to say she did a really good job, or I'm just having a really tough time today narrowing down the pics, but it looks like about 18 of the 101 are going to make the cut. my usual ratio would have resulted in absolutely no more than 3 or 4. but enough mindless rambling and on to the pics....

ok, so we're not winning seven gold medals at this years olympics in China, but I'd say we're off to quite a start. Everyone at class was impressed by our little shark. He wasn't at all scared of the water.
